Itinerary:
| 1:00 pm: | Software One-Microsoft welcome meeting with tea/coffee upon arrival. |
| 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm: | Welcome, lunch in the Covent Garden Suite and introduction to Beyond Food Foundation. Run through the format of the day health and safety brief, and then split into the pre-allocated job roles and teams. |
| 3:30 pm: | Get stuck in – cooking/cocktail making/hostessing. |
| 5:00 pm: | Staff Food is served. |
| 6:00 pm: | Get stuck in – cooking/cocktail making/hostessing. |
| 6:30 pm: | Your 80 guests arrive for the cocktail drinks reception. |
| 7:00 pm: | Seated dinner and service by Software One-Microsoft staff! |
| 9:00 pm: | Celebratory drinks and entertainment. |
