Run by founders who worked their way up in the hospitality
industry, Crème Conferences is rooted in an ethos of hard work
and a genuine passion for the events world. We formed our
agency more than 15 years ago and are proud of our
independence, expertise and track record of delivering every
time.

Our story

When we each started out in the hospitality sector many years ago, we could never have imagined setting up our own venue finding agency in the future. At the time, we were intent on getting to know the industry inside-out and experiencing different roles in a sector that we are still passionate about today.

We met while working in sales for a large hotel group, where our loyal clients asked for us by name time and again, often asking for recommendations in areas we didn’t have hotels in too. Spotting an opportunity for a different kind of venue finding agency – one that was totally unbiased so clients could genuinely find the best venue for their needs – we started Crème Conferences together in 2004. Many of our first clients still work with us today.

Starting out solely as a free venue finding agency, we broadened our services as client needs evolved, while staying true to our core areas of expertise. This means every client receives a personal and truly bespoke service from us, depending on what will add most value to their event.

We’ve gained an excellent reputation for applying our expertise to a range of sectors, from blue chip, financial and pharmaceutical companies, to charities, the media and sporting bodies. Not only do we have a hard-earned reputation among our clients, our strong standing with hotels and venues is something that sets us apart too. As a company we’ve survived a recession and the COVID-19 pandemic – and our resilience makes us a greater asset to every client we work with.

Our loyal client base and carefully crafted service offering doesn’t mean we sit on our laurels. In particular, we’re passionate about community and bringing about collaborations between corporates and charities to create a new wave of deeply enriching events.
