Hosting |
You will be the first people the guest will see, so you need to make an impression! Your role is to create a friendly, welcoming and helpful environment. To offer directional advice and practical assistance as required by customers and visitors in collaboration with front of house staff. You will play an important part in fundraising and your job will include up sell wine as well as getting people to bid on fun competitions that will be taking part throughout the event. |
Mixologist/Bar Service |
If you like being centre of the show, you’ll love bar work. You’ll be serving drinks, helping customers and keeping their drinks topped up. Assisting the bar managers and wider event staff, as well as serving drinks and keeping the taps topped up, you’ll be responsible for keeping the bar clean and organised meaning we’re after people with a keen eye, friendly personality and hardworking attitude. |
Wait Staff |
As waiting staff you will be responsible for continuous interaction with the customers, receiving orders, serving of food, cleaning up tables, collecting glasses and finished plates. You will need to be a strong communicator with the ability to organise and plan, ensuring the restaurant is always clean and tidy. |
Chef |
As a chef your role is to provide a delicious meal for all of the guests! You will have to work as part of a team to prepare, cook and plate all the courses. This is a very busy section and you will need to be well prepared to keep on track throughout the day. You will be assigned to a section of the kitchen and responsible for the preparation of that course. This includes making bread, preparing the starters, mains, and dessert. |
“Thank you for choosing to run your Partner Forum with us at Brigade, we are looking forward to working alongside you on the day. You will get to meet some of the beneficiaries and hear how their lives have been changed through Beyond Food Foundation whilst cooking and preparing food for your partners”.
Simon Boyle.
